Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work in noisy fast paced environment with distractions

- able to reach bend stoop mop sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications
- previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
- ability to clearly communicate with team members
- disciplined and self-motivated
- friendly with a positive attitude
- ability to work flexible shifts including days nights and weekends
- basic food safety knowledge
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to follow recipes and food preparation guidelines
Job Duties
- deliver unparalleled guest experience through food drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective or alternative actions
- adhere to company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- safely and correctly operate all kitchen equipment
- use chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
- ensure proper storage of products at appropriate levels
- prepare and sell food meeting quality indicators and guest expectations
- sell food within recommended time frames
- prepare and cook all food items by recipe and specification
- control costs by following prep sheets to ensure the freshest product and eliminate waste
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas
- maintain station cleanliness and sanitation
- clean and maintain kitchen mats floors walls and drains
- empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships to foster cooperative and harmonious climate
- be friendly and smile while working days nights and weekends
- demonstrate clear communication with team members
- dress neat clean and professional at all times
