Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Answers incoming calls in a warm and professional manner
- ensures messages are relayed promptly
- maintains current visitor log
- greets all visitors and associates warmly
- ensures reception areas are clean and inviting
- maintains compliance with concierge standards
- manages resident face sheets using Yardi system
- inputs resident assessment data
- processes work orders in Direct Supply TELS
- communicates environment or hospitality issues
- maintains 'Show Ready' appearance of key areas
- possesses knowledge of community services and residents
- assists Community Relations and Sales departments
- provides administrative support to Business Office Manager
- offers refreshments to visitors
- respects residents' rights to privacy
- coordinates resident appointments and services
- collects and distributes residents' mail
- handles community mail duties
- prepares community brochure packets
- maintains professionalism with co-workers
- assists Executive Director with additional tasks
- follows company computer usage guidelines
- dresses professionally and maintains decorum
- works safely and responsibly
- ensures safety of residents and associates
- discloses any impairing medication
