Job Requirements
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- knowledge of multiple phone line operations and proper phone etiquette
- minimum of 6 months customer service and clerical experience preferred
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- strong communication and organization skills

Job Duties
- Greet residents, visitors, and staff in a welcoming, professional manner
- answer internal/external telephone calls promptly and professionally
- apply safety, security, and emergency procedures effectively
- become familiar with all residents and communicate positively daily
- update resident roster daily and collect resident charges
- provide administrative and clerical support to management
- keep front desk organized and clean
- assist with other duties as assigned
