The role of Concierge at Legacy Heights is pivotal as it directly shapes the first impression visitors, potential residents, and their families receive when interacting with the community. This full-time position requires working Monday through Friday, including every other weekend, making it an integral part of the community's daily operations and resident engagement strategy. The Concierge acts as the initial point of contact, managing both internal and external communication channels. Responsibilities include greeting guests and visitors warmly, handling calls efficiently, and supporting the marketing and sales teams by providing comprehensive community information. This role also supports recruitment by engaging with job candidates and assisting the associate director with the hiring process. Additionally, the Concierge ensures that communal areas like the Bistro are well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for residents and guests alike.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, including every other weekend
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the senior living industry is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently

Job Duties
- Greet potential residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism

- Provide comprehensive community information and support sales and marketing efforts
- Assist recruitment by supplying information to prospective candidates and launching the recruitment process
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, refreshments, music, and atmosphere in the Bistro area
- Schedule and manage appointments for residents and family members
- Send get well and sympathy cards on behalf of the community
