Job Requirements
- Provide and maintain a clean driving record
- Maintain a valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate vehicles with GVWR of 26,000lbs or less
- Be eligible to be added to company insurance
- Physically able to perform job duties including lifting up to 50lbs
- Adhere to safety procedures and company policies
- Able to work flexible schedule including overtime and weekends
- Maintain professional appearance and punctuality
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to understand and follow equipment manuals

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Experience operating vehicles with GVWR of 26,000lbs or less
- Knowledge of waste disposal procedures at treatment plants
- Ability to operate machinery and use safety equipment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks with changing deadlines
- Detail oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Willingness to work flexible hours and in various weather conditions
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Delivers portable sanitation units and other portable equipment to designated customer sites
- Services portable sanitation units by pumping holding tanks
- Services other portable equipment at customer sites as needed
- Maintains a current knowledge of waste disposal procedures at regional treatment plants
- Completes driver’s vehicle inspection reports on a daily basis
- Maintains pumper truck by checking lights, tires, mirrors, fuel level, water, oil temperatures and cleans vacuum pumps
- Assists sanitation drivers with service details of restroom units in the field at customer locations
- Assists with the delivery of units including loading, transporting, and unloading during big orders or special events
- Assists with yard work such as sweeping and picking up trash
- Maintains facility and yard cleanliness
- Washes restroom units inside and out with garden hose
- Washes company vehicles as needed
- Communicates with customers in a clear, professional and efficient manner
- Redirects customer inquiries to appropriate personnel during delivery of units
- Applies safety procedures and uses equipment in a safe and acceptable manner
- Maintains a neat, professional appearance
- Arrives at work on time and maintains positive working relationships
- Participates in company communication efforts, training, and maintains organized work environment
