Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients visiting the Worklab, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
- Oversee daily Worklab operations including answering phones, greeting guests, coordinating tours, and visitor logistics
- Maintain supply inventory, manage mailing and shipping support, and track Worklab-related budget items
- Create and maintain office policies, procedures, and standards
- Assist with planning and executing client events
- Manage catering orders and event setup
- Create quotes and orders using internal systems
- Coordinate client orders and projects from proposals through installation
- Monitor and communicate ongoing order status
- Review vendor acknowledgments and resolve discrepancies
- Track shipping schedules, expedite orders, and resolve delays
- Prepare and maintain client status reports
- Submit invoices when applicable
- Support project teams with documentation and punch-list resolution
- Adapt functions as necessary to meet business needs
