Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1-2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- proven leadership skills
- ability to enforce company and government policies
- excellent customer service orientation
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- capable of working flexible shifts including weekends
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- authorized to work in the country
- willingness to work a maximum of 40 hours per week unless otherwise approved
- ability to manage cash and inventory

Job Duties
- Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations
- direct restaurant operations when the General Manager is absent
- enforce all company and government policies
- communicate policy changes to employees
- ensure excellent customer service and meet operational goals consistently
- assist in all restaurant positions when needed
- maintain and monitor Ops Scorecard metrics including SMG, QSC, and WingYou
- address all SMG customer cases within 24 hours
- foster a guest-first culture
- manage varying shifts and ensure no unauthorized overtime
- ensure team compliance with company standards including handbook and uniform
- train and develop team members
- maintain 5-Star QSC status and complete CAP on time
- conduct weekly QSC self-evaluation and correct issues
- manage office supplies and inventory counts
- follow cash management policies and monitor paid outs, voids, and refunds
- control food costs and manage product ordering accurately
- monitor employee meal usage
- assist in staffing and interview potential employees
- delegate duties via pre-shift huddles
- complete Zenput tasks and forms timely
- ensure restaurant safety, food safety, and cleanliness
- maintain time and temperature logs
- maintain professionalism at all times
- act as expediter in absence of other supervisors
- lift up to 50-pound boxes
- work up to 40 hours per week unless approved otherwise
- adapt to location changes based on business needs
