Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • support the general manager and restaurant supervisor ii in all day-to-day restaurant operations
  • direct restaurant operations in the absence of the general manager and restaurant supervisor ii
  • enforce company and government policies
  • maximize restaurant culture and guest experience during shifts
  • assist in all positions when needed to achieve team and company goals
  • ensure customer service and operational goals exceed standards via the ops scorecard
  • address all smg customer cases within 24 hours
  • maintain a guest-first culture
  • monitor hours worked and control overtime
  • ensure team member compliance with company standards and policies
  • provide training for new team members and ensure full training of staff
  • follow cash management and handling policies strictly
  • monitor and review paid outs, voids, and refunds during shifts
  • drive sales while controlling labor and food costs
  • manage appropriate use of employee meals
  • assist in staffing and reduce turnover through core values
  • delegate duties through pre-shift huddles
  • complete zenput tasks and forms timely
  • maintain safety standards relating to food and personal safety and cleanliness
  • complete time and temperature logs and verify dates
  • ensure completion of weekly and monthly cleaning
  • maintain repair and equipment work orders and communicate with general manager
  • manage pest control needs
  • maintain professionalism with guests, team members, leadership, and office personnel
  • act as a problem solver
  • expedite operations when no other supervisor is present
  • lift up to 50 pounds
  • work maximum 40 hours per week unless approved
  • adapt to restaurant location changes as needed
