Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- Strong ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Willingness to undergo soft credit check

- Implement and uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of staff
