Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • Strong ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening
  • Willingness to undergo soft credit check

Job Duties

  • Manage and develop a team of passionate individuals
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Maintain financial controls including profit and loss management and budgeting
  • Drive guest satisfaction and handle customer feedback effectively
  • Implement and uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of staff
  • Foster a positive, high-energy work culture promoting teamwork and collaboration
