Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting
  • demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
  • solid knowledge of financial and operational management
  • commitment to excellent guest service
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • pass criminal background check
  • pass drug testing
  • pass soft credit check

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality standards
  • lead, mentor, and develop team members to maintain a motivated workforce
  • oversee financial performance including profit and loss management, budgeting, and cost control
  • maintain excellent guest satisfaction through quality food and service delivery
  • implement and enforce compliance with health, safety, and company policies
  • coordinate scheduling and payroll to optimize labor costs
  • drive sales growth through marketing initiatives and customer engagement
