Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience managing a fast-paced restaurant team
  • ability to work 50-55 hours per week over a 5-day workweek
  • capability to undergo criminal background check
  • pass drug testing
  • pass soft credit check
  • ability to handle hands-on leadership responsibilities
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality

  • excellent operational and financial management skills including P&L and budgeting

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire the restaurant team to achieve operational excellence
  • manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and quality control
  • oversee financial performance including profit and loss management and budgeting
  • develop and train team members through ongoing leadership development programs
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • foster a positive work culture focused on teamwork, guest satisfaction, and efficiency
  • resolve conflicts and address operational challenges promptly
