Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience managing a fast-paced restaurant team
- ability to work 50-55 hours per week over a 5-day workweek
- capability to undergo criminal background check
- pass drug testing
- pass soft credit check
- ability to handle hands-on leadership responsibilities
- commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality

Job Duties
- Lead and inspire the restaurant team to achieve operational excellence
- manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and quality control
- oversee financial performance including profit and loss management and budgeting
- develop and train team members through ongoing leadership development programs
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- foster a positive work culture focused on teamwork, guest satisfaction, and efficiency
- resolve conflicts and address operational challenges promptly
