Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Basic math and knife handling skills
- Knowledge of food sanitation procedures
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and loud environment
- Willingness to follow safety and sanitation standards
- ServSafe certification preferred or willing to obtain within first year

- ServSafe certification preferred or able to be obtained within first year
- Demonstrated commitment to providing world-class guest service and stellar experiences
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team dynamic environment with time sensitivities and production deadlines
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive where appropriate
- Ability to exercise good judgment and creatively problem solve as necessary
- Ability to be professional in both appearance and demeanor at all times
Job Duties
- Conduct oneself in accordance with the goals, culture, service standards, and fundamental values of Biltmore
- Consistently keep the Wine Bar stocked with clean glasses and clear of dirty glasses
- Wash and store all dishes, glassware, and silverware properly
- Assist in the assembly and preparation of Wine Bar food offerings
- Assist in daily cleaning of all food and beverage areas as instructed, including walls, lights, equipment, etc
- Assist others in receiving and storing items
- Break down cardboard when necessary
- Ensure the work area is clean at all times
- Maintain a clean working environment, where sanitation, health, and safety standards are never compromised
- Maintain ServSafe Standards
- Participate in the department recycling program
- Clean sink, dishwasher, and kitchen area after every shift
- Empty all garbage and clean cans at the end of each shift
- Sweep and mop floors daily
- Help maintain the dish-washing machine
- Provide general support and assistance to the department, leadership, and company as required
- Adheres to Coyle Shopper Standards
- Assist with food preparation
