Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- previous success in a management role
- solid knowledge of computer/register systems
- self-motivated
- dependable
- able to work weekends and some holidays
- ability to stand up to 10 hours during a shift
- able to lift up to 60 pounds
- able to bend, stoop, and occasionally climb ladders
- able to perform pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- safe serve preferred
- must be able to reliably report to work on time as scheduled
- acceptable to change
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must maintain a current, valid, unrestricted driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- basic language and mathematical skills
- ability to multi-task
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- willingness and availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- ability to work 50 hours per week

- oversee daily restaurant operations
- ensure excellent guest service and food quality
- manage staffing and scheduling
- monitor store profitability
- solve problems as they arise
- merchandise and maintain store appearance
