Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service or related field preferred
- Ability to work full-time including occasional nights and weekends
- Completion of or willingness to complete sanitation training
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage time and multitask efficiently
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- Must complete a sanitation course before or during the first year
- Knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic
- Maintain emotional control under stress
- Ability to resolve interpersonal situations

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
- Direct daily activities
- Maintain food production ensuring safety and quality according to policies
- Ensure food items are stored safely and organized
- Maintain all serving schedules and serve food per menu specifications
- Maintain sanitary department following health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate inventory weekly
- Prepare orders to ensure accurate production
- Supervise and evaluate employees, promote growth and teamwork
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment
- Train and mentor other food service workers
- Maintain maintenance logs on equipment
- Complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions
- Perform preventative maintenance checklist
- Recommend equipment replacement
- Multitask proficiently
- Perform additional duties as requested by Food Service Director or Manager
- Fill in for absent employees
- Coordinate, prepare, and deliver catering events
- Work occasional night and weekend catered events
- Attend food service meetings
- Maintain communication with staff
- Perform cashier duties as needed
- Promote good public relations
