Job Requirements

- 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel, service, or specialty store environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
- communicate clearly and concisely by adapting style to suit customers
- use all systems to manage customer flow
- maintain service vows including being prepared, welcoming, and meeting customers' needs
- provide exceptional service experience to multiple customers simultaneously
- proactively address customer concerns and escalate when necessary
- communicate the importance of alterations and promote alteration services
- maintain store standards and dress code
- respond promptly to customer questions
- build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- engage in inventory management by processing orders, receiving merchandise, and ensuring quality
- support cash wrap processes with accuracy
- assist with sales promotions and visual updates
- perform other duties as assigned
