Job Duties
- Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
- Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver Five-Star Customer Service experience
- Maintain all service vows including being prepared, welcoming, meeting needs and being there for all customers
- Provide exceptional service experience to multiple customers simultaneously and contribute to five-star service achievement
- Proactively address customer concerns with confidence and escalate when necessary
- Communicate alterations importance and promote services
- Maintain store standards and dress code
- Respond promptly to customer questions with product and service information
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Engage in inventory management including order processing and quality control
- Support cash wrap processes and transactions accurately
- Assist with sales promotions and visual updates
- Perform other duties as assigned
