Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable and punctual
- Availability to work weekends only

Job Duties
- Screen telephone calls and route to appropriate individual or department
- Answer questions promptly, courteously, and accurately
- Route deliveries to appropriate departments
- Obtain and relay information to appropriate individual(s) in the facility
- Screen individuals entering the facility
- Utilize computer for word processing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and resident families
