- Murfreesboro: The Tennessee State Veterans' Home provides comprehensive care and services to veterans in this region.
- Clarksville: The Brigadier General Wendell H. Gilbert Tennessee State Veterans' Home offers skilled nursing care and rehabilitative services.
- Cleveland: The Tennessee State Veterans' Home serves veterans with a range of care options.
- Humboldt: The W.D. "Bill" Manning Tennessee State Veterans' Home delivers comprehensive care and services.
- Arlington: A new home is currently under construction expanding the Board's reach.
