Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age to drive or deliver in your city
- Have valid US driver’s license
- Use an eligible 4-door vehicle for driving
- Have at least one year of driving experience (three if under 25) for drivers
- For delivery by car, use a 2-door or 4-door car
- For delivery by scooter, have motorized scooter under 50cc
- For delivery by bike or foot, be at least 18 years old and have government-issued ID
- Submit Social Security number for online screening
Job Qualifications
- Valid US driver’s license
- Minimum age to drive in your city
- At least one year of licensed driving experience (three years if under 25 years old) for drivers
- Use of an eligible 4-door vehicle for drivers
- For delivery drivers, use of a 2-door or 4-door car or a motorized scooter under 50cc
- For delivery by bike or foot, valid government-issued ID
- Submission of Social Security number for background screening
- Ability to operate smartphone apps efficiently
Job Duties
- Transport riders safely to their destinations including Long Beach Airport and local schools
- Deliver food and goods from restaurants and local businesses
- Choose your own hours and work on weekends or weekdays as your schedule allows
- Maintain a clean and eligible vehicle or equipment for delivery
- Provide excellent customer service to riders and recipients
- Use the Uber app to manage rides and deliveries efficiently
- Comply with local traffic laws and Uber safety standards
