Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or concierge roles preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work weekend hours reliably
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations

Job Duties
- Greet residents, guests, and visitors warmly and professionally
- Answer phones promptly and direct calls to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with resident check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Respond to resident requests and concerns with empathy and urgency
- Report any incidents or emergencies immediately following protocol
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area
- Coordinate package deliveries and pick-ups accurately and timely
- Report maintenance and safety concerns to the appropriate departments
