Job Duties
- Achieve KPIs and strive to consistently meet sales goals and program objectives
- Convert product benefits to sales by fully understanding Qualcomm products including hardware and accessories
- Increase consumer sales through proactive engagement and demonstrations
- Build long-lasting partnerships and relationships with store personnel
- Engage and educate retail sales associates to increase product recommendation rates
- Perform day-to-day operations including merchandising and maintaining interactive displays and verifying promotional and marketing materials
- Gather, summarize, and report daily on field and channel feedback, and inform the team of competitive insights
- Coordinate and execute special awareness and sales events periodically
- Display a professional demeanor while representing Qualcomm and BDS Connected Solutions
