The role of Sous Chef within Fearless Restaurant Group is designed for a positive, professional, and creative culinary leader who embodies natural leadership qualities. The Sous Chef is a critical member of the kitchen team, playing a vital role in crafting innovative seasonal menus and inspiring kitchen staff to uphold the group’s high standards for organization, professionalism, and attention to detail. Employment for this position is full-time with a competitive salary range from $55,000 to $70,000 annually, complemented by a potential bonus of up to $6,000. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in professional kitchen environments
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings
- Flexibility to work set schedules including weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership capabilities
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a sous chef or similar kitchen leadership role
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of contemporary American cuisine
