Job Requirements

  • Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position during shift
  • Must be able to access and navigate the facility
  • Employees are required to adhere to safety requirements by wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment
  • Work is routine and repetitive in nature and may require strenuous physical exertion at times, including the ability to move objects weighing up to 75lbs
  • Must maintain high standards in grooming and professional appearance
  • Familiarity with the water park and other resort facilities

Job Qualifications

  • Maintain a current CPR / First Aid Certification
  • Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate emergency responses with hotel staff and guests
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and thorough
  • Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of guests
  • Ability to interact with guests in a pleasant, friendly way

Job Duties

  • Prioritize the safety and well-being of all hotel water park guests
  • Maintain the operational effectiveness of water park facilities and promptly report any maintenance issues to the Hotel General Manager
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of pool areas and corridors including removing trash, wiping down shelves/counters, sweeping, mopping and/or vacuuming floors
  • Provide assistance to guests with attractions and immediately report any inquiries they may have
  • Execute daily startup and closure procedures for water park attractions
  • Support emergency response plans as directed by the Hotel General Manager
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and issues effectively
