Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse and/or fulfillment experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 75 pounds
- Clean driving record with valid state motor vehicle license
- Ability to pass Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screen
- Forklift experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
- Legally permitted to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- Excellent attention to detail with consistent, accurate, and quality work output
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 75 pounds
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Clean driving record including a valid state motor vehicle license
- Ability to pass Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screen in accordance with company requirements
- Forklift experience and ability to obtain forklift certification
- Experience in flooring and/or building materials industry is a plus
- Able to wear work boots and meet workplace safety standards
- Ability to pass background check and drug test for pre-employment screening
- Legally permitted to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders
- Receive inventory and inspect products for damage
- Stock products to bin locations
- Verify orders for accuracy and quality at every stage of receiving and shipping process
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other relevant material handling equipment
- Follow shipping and receiving standard operating procedures for paperwork and electronic systems
- Assist Branch Manager in executing warehouse standards of safety, maintenance, and cleanliness
- Organize inventory to meet safety, efficiency, and inventory control standards
- Ensure pallets are properly shrink-wrapped, strapped, and banded for storage and transport
- Deliver customer orders per established schedule while complying with Department of Transportation regulations
- Carry out other duties as assigned
