Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a manufacturing work environment
  • Prior forklift experience is preferred
  • Proven track record of good attendance and being on time according to work schedule
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work safely in a non-climate-controlled environment with moderate noise
  • Willingness to follow safety protocols and housekeeping procedures

Job Duties

  • Properly unwrap rolls of insulation and load them on the lamination machine
  • Perform quality inspections by examining all products to verify conformance to company standards
  • Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, and delivery vehicles, using hand trucks, forklifts, or clamps
  • Properly unload and bag finished product rolls off the lamination machine
  • Accurately count finished product to determine completion of production order
  • Perform general housekeeping responsibilities to ensure a clean and safe work environment
