Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a manufacturing work environment
- Prior forklift experience is preferred
- Proven track record of good attendance and being on time according to work schedule
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work safely in a non-climate-controlled environment with moderate noise
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and housekeeping procedures

Job Duties
- Properly unwrap rolls of insulation and load them on the lamination machine
- Perform quality inspections by examining all products to verify conformance to company standards
- Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, and delivery vehicles, using hand trucks, forklifts, or clamps
- Properly unload and bag finished product rolls off the lamination machine
- Accurately count finished product to determine completion of production order
- Perform general housekeeping responsibilities to ensure a clean and safe work environment
