Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years foodservice or hospitality experience
- Flexible work schedule
- Ability to perform extensive standing and walking
- Ability to work in cold environments
- Comfortable with low carbon monoxide exposure
- Capable of working safely on wet or slippery surfaces
- Willingness to work near hot equipment
- Ability to navigate confined spaces
- Tolerance for elevated noise levels
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years foodservice or hospitality experience
- Experience in similar venue setting is a plus
- Flexible work schedule with availability on some weekends
- Ability to perform extensive standing and walking
- Ability to work in cold environments weather-related or not
- Comfortable working in low carbon monoxide exposure areas
- Capable of maintaining safety on wet or slippery surfaces
- Willingness to work near hot equipment and surfaces
- Ability to navigate pinch points and confined spaces
- Tolerance for elevated noise levels
Job Duties
- Help set up and stock all concession stands and portable locations
- Maintain company standards of inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality
- Ensure the cleanliness of all concession stands by removing trash and recyclables
- Rotate food products during stocking process to ensure freshness
- Maintain warehouse upkeep including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas and cleaning dishes
- Keep all storage areas and inventory neat, organized, and sanitary
- Deliver items according to requisitions using FIFO rotation method
- Maintain security of all storage areas by proper locking and protection
- Assist with monthly inventory
- Note any inventory needed for upcoming events
