Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- automotive parts and/or customer service experience preferred
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to effectively present information to customers and employees
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- valid driver's license Class E for Missouri locations
- clean driving record
- ability to safely operate a vehicle in different weather and traffic conditions
- ability to lift and move weights up to 50 pounds occasionally
- willingness to maintain facility cleanliness
Job Qualifications

- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence
- ability to write simple correspondence
- effective presentation skills in one-on-one and small group situations
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
- basic computer knowledge including web browsing and Microsoft Office
- valid driver's license Class E for Missouri locations
- clean driving record
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- abide by rules of the road and laws for safely operating a vehicle
- determine the priority of deliveries including the most timely and efficient route
- receive and process orders and other documents by reviewing for completeness and clarity before delivery
- maintain a clean and well running delivery vehicle by performing routine maintenance and inspections
- safely drive a vehicle in different weather and traffic conditions
- maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- check in freight, stock, and retrieve parts
- handle cash and credit transactions
- help answer telephone and wait on customers
- work store inventory and assist in other location's inventory if assigned
- maintain a clean facility inside and outside
- adhere to scheduled work time unless authorized by a manager
- perform all other job duties as assigned
