Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- valid driver’s license
- high school diploma or GED
- six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination
- current medical certification card or ability to obtain and maintain it
- ability to lift and carry weights up to 100 lbs, with assistance when needed
- good vision including close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception
- ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, stoop frequently
- compliance with pre-employment assessments, motor vehicle record review, criminal background check, references check, and post-offer drug screen
Job Qualifications
- must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- current medical certification card or ability to obtain and maintain it
- knowledge of warehouse operations
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to follow directions and work independently
- physical ability to perform heavy lifting and other physical demands
Job Duties
- load and unload trucks in an accurate and efficient manner
- become familiar with delivery routes and customers' preferences
- perform warehouse duties including materials handling, shipping and receiving, picking and packing orders
- ensure timely and safe delivery or pickup of goods
- maintain warehouse housekeeping and inventory control
- collaborate with team members to optimize delivery schedules
- adhere to safety regulations and company policies
