Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Automotive parts and/or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Basic computer knowledge including web browsing and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license (Class E required for all Missouri locations)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, talk or hear regularly
- Ability to lift and/or move weights up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in wet, humid, and varying weather conditions
- Able to maintain attendance and punctuality
- Adherence to scheduled work time

- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Basic computer knowledge including web browsing and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license (Class E required for all Missouri locations) and clean driving record
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Abide by rules of the road and laws for safely operating a vehicle
- Determine the priority of deliveries including the most timely and efficient route
- Receive and process orders and other documents by reviewing for completeness and clarity before delivery
- Maintain a clean and well running delivery vehicle by performing routine maintenance and inspections
- Ability to safely drive a vehicle in different weather and traffic conditions
- Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Check in freight, stock, and retrieve parts
- Handle cash and credit transactions
- Help answer telephone and wait on customers
- Work store inventory/assist in other location's inventory, if assigned
- Maintain a clean facility inside and outside
- Adhere to scheduled work time unless authorized by a manager
- All other job duties as assigned
