Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years warehouse experience
- ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- physical ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds
- capability to work night shifts and overtime
- ability to read and understand English instructions
- availability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of related warehouse experience
- experience working in a production environment
- proven ability to meet hourly production targets
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English
- forklift and RF scanner experience preferred
- ability to lift up to 60 pounds safely
- ability to stand for extended periods
- commitment to workplace safety
Job Duties
- achieve hourly production goals in a fast-paced production environment
- process transactions using RF technology and identify items per pick tickets
- pick and package orders scheduled for shipment
- inspect merchandise to ensure quality
- verify counts of incoming and outgoing shipments against records
- unload and inspect incoming shipments, report shortages and damages
- operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
