Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- ability to travel as needed
- ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- willingness to comply with OB’s Christian mission
- ability to operate commercial vehicles safely
- physical ability to perform demanding warehouse tasks
- valid driver’s license
- possession of or ability to obtain Class A CDL within 6 months
- forklift certification or willingness to be certified
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems
- knowledge of Federal Motor Carriers Safety Regulations
- skilled in MS Office and inventory software
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- strong interpersonal skills
- self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- flexible and able to work under pressure
- ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods
- ability to bend and lift 50+ pounds
- valid driver’s license with good driving record
- valid Class A CDL permit with CDL-A license within 6 months
- forklift certification or ability to obtain
- demonstrated life application of Biblical principles
Job Duties
- provide effective shipping and receiving support
- manage inventory control and warehouse operations
- coordinate product distribution to local ministry partners
- ensure compliance with Federal Motor Carriers Safety Regulations
- operate warehouse equipment including forklifts
- maintain accurate records using MS Office and inventory software
- support the organization’s mission through reliable and timely logistics
