Job Requirements

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
  • ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
  • comfortable using warehouse management software
  • ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs
  • strong attention to detail and time management
  • bilingual - English and Spanish fluency required
  • must be a team player with good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Build pallets according to order specifications and prepare for shipment
  • process outbound shipments using Warehouse Management Software (WMS)
  • label, wrap, and stage pallets in preparation for loading
  • safely load pallets onto outbound trucks
  • unload incoming containers and verify shipment contents
  • handle both palletized and small-parcel deliveries
  • receive incoming shipments of raw materials and verify items against packing slips or invoices
  • input received inventory into Warehouse Management Software accurately and promptly
  • organize received goods into appropriate storage locations
  • maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • assist with inventory counts and audits
  • follow company safety procedures and standards
