Job Requirements
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- comfortable using warehouse management software
- ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs
- strong attention to detail and time management
- bilingual - English and Spanish fluency required
- must be a team player with good communication skills

Job Duties
- Build pallets according to order specifications and prepare for shipment
- process outbound shipments using Warehouse Management Software (WMS)
- label, wrap, and stage pallets in preparation for loading
- safely load pallets onto outbound trucks
- unload incoming containers and verify shipment contents
- handle both palletized and small-parcel deliveries
- receive incoming shipments of raw materials and verify items against packing slips or invoices
- input received inventory into Warehouse Management Software accurately and promptly
- organize received goods into appropriate storage locations
- maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- assist with inventory counts and audits
- follow company safety procedures and standards
