Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year warehouse experience
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • fluency in English reading and verbal communication
  • ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours per shift
  • willingness to work first or second shift
  • availability for overtime and occasional Saturdays during peak season

Job Qualifications

  • experience with Manhattan WMS preferred

Job Duties

  • adhere to Fanatics Code of Conduct and Core Values
  • manually unload stock from sea containers and trucks
  • stock location and stock put away
  • use computer to access Warehouse Management System
  • operate warehouse equipment including push cart, hand truck, manual and electric pallet jack, order picker
  • operate RF scan gun
  • pick customer orders
  • verify and pack customer orders
  • participate in inventory control processes
  • generate shipping labels from warehouse systems or carrier databases
  • prepare palletized stock for outbound shipping by stacking boxes, shrink-wrapping, and labeling
  • follow health and safety practices and training
  • perform general housekeeping
  • assist warehouse manager in daily operations
  • train, mentor and coach new warehouse personnel
  • assist in planning future capacity requirements
  • ensure inventories and stock movements are recorded accurately
  • promote company health and safety policies
