Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in warehouse or fulfillment roles preferred
- ability to work on-site in New York
- availability for approximately 10-15 hours per week during weekdays
- basic computer skills
- ability to lift moderate weight
- strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- comfortable using basic shipping platforms (e.g., Shopify, USPS, UPS, DHL) a plus
- excellent organizational and time management skills
Job Duties
- receive and log incoming packages and deliveries
- sort, label, and organize inventory within the warehouse space
- pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on schedule
- prepare shipping labels and coordinate outgoing shipments
- receive, inspect, and process product returns
- maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- report inventory discrepancies or damages to management promptly
