Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical labor
- Willingness to work in non-climate controlled warehouse
- Ability to work well in a team
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Experience with warehouse machinery operation preferred
Job Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience
- Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, and stocking
- Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jack, forklift, and floor scrubber
- Forklift certification or experience required
- Good communication skills to work closely with drivers and managers
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment
Job Duties
- Perform warehouse work including pulling loads, shipping, receiving, inventory control, stocking, sorting, maintenance, housekeeping, and use of machinery and equipment
- Pull all loads and products for route trucks, lift and load on/off trucks
- Check all deliveries and compare to paperwork before signing off on them
- Keep facilities clean including emptying trash, sweeping, straightening parking lot, warehouse and dock, and bailing cardboard
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, overhead reaching, stooping, bending, climbing stairs, standing and walking
- Maintain regular on-time attendance
