Job Requirements
- No prior experience required
- willing to train
- availability to work weekend shifts
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work weekends and variable hours
- willingness to learn and take training
- basic knowledge of food safety principles is a plus
- ability to maintain professionalism and patience under pressure
- customer service experience is advantageous, but not required
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
- advise guests on food and drink combinations
- communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure order accuracy
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- promptly address complaints or issues and report to supervisor
- ensure dining room setup before and after service periods
- operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
- work with staff from other departments during special events
- perform other duties as assigned
