Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- ability to read and interpret instructional documents
- ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- ability to lift and move up to 25lbs
- ability to reach, crouch, kneel and stoop
- proficiency with computers and handheld ordering technology

Job Duties
- Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
- present menu and provide detailed information when asked such as about portions, ingredients or food allergies
- understand typical "coursing" as well as its link to upselling
- take accurate food and drinks orders using ordering system
- work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedure
