Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to communicate effectively with customers
ability to read and follow safety and instructional documents
flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
comfort using computers and technology including cash registers and handheld devices

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required
effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers
ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays

Job Duties

Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or food allergies)
understand typical "coursing" as well as its link to upselling
take accurate food and drinks orders, using ordering system
ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures
