Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous food service experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to handle cash transactions and use point-of-sale systems

Job Duties

  • Take food and beverage orders and efficiently deliver items to dining room guests
  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
  • Communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure that orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated
  • Advise guests on appropriate combinations of food and drinks when requested
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
