Must have prior experience as a waiter/waitress/food runner/busser
must showcase teamwork and communication skills
must be able to handle money transactions responsibly

must be flexible and be ready and on time to work shifts

Job Duties

Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner
operate POS system, and receive payments from customers
update special menus daily
organize pastry case
know the menu, ingredients, and substitute options that are available
polish and organize all dishes
request a supervisor for any credit/refund need to be issued
inform the supervisor of any issues
maintain a neat, clean personal appearance
make sure you have at all times your uniform in good condition
maintain a clean store at all times
perform other related duties as assigned by management
greeting and directing guests with a warm, friendly demeanor
providing menu recommendations and additional information
upselling additional products when appropriate
taking orders using Square POS
ensuring order details reach the kitchen staff
delivering food and beverages in a timely fashion
cleaning and maintaining the appearance of tables and tableware
