Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active for extended periods
- ability to lift and or move up to 30 lbs
- comfortable working in hot and cold environments
- ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding restaurant setting
- for California positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certification required training provided completion within 60 days of hire

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to each guest
- greet guests, take accurate food and beverage orders, and ensure timely delivery
- maintain strong knowledge of menu items to confidently recommend, upsell, and reinforce orders
- verify order accuracy and review orders with guests to ensure complete satisfaction
- assist with food preparation support and condiment assembly following Outback standards
- support team operations by bussing tables, delivering food and drinks, and maintaining dining areas
- maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the shift
- collaborate with fellow Outbackers to ensure every opportunity to wow the guest is achieved
- adhere to safe food handling and responsible beverage service practices
