Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- strong communication skills
- basic math and cash handling abilities
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally
- ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- where required by law, ability to obtain an Operator License to sell alcohol products
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in delivery or retail environment preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- familiarity with mobile delivery applications advantageous
- customer service oriented
- basic math skills
Job Duties
- Pick, pack, and prepare delivery orders for prompt service
- verify order accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction
- deliver orders efficiently with friendly and professional service
- communicate effectively with store team about order status and issues
- follow all traffic laws and operate vehicles safely
- handle products with care including beverages, snacks, and tobacco where permitted
- assist with light in-store tasks such as stocking and organizing supplies
