Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- minimum 15 years of sales leadership experience in the consumer packaged goods industry
- demonstrated success in leading sales teams and managing major retail accounts like walmart and sam's club
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- strong strategic planning and analytical skills
- proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams
- experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- willingness to travel as needed
- ability to work in-person onsite at least three days per week in rogers, arkansas
- proficiency in data-driven decision making and market analysis
- strong financial management and budgeting capabilities
Job Qualifications

- mba or equivalent advanced degree a plus

Job Duties
- develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities and ensure the company’s competitive position
- identify and develop growth opportunities at brand, category, and portfolio levels
- set sales goals and objectives for customer teams
- collaborate on KPIs for category, supply, and retail organizations
- lead, mentor, and develop a high performing sales team
- foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture
- manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of the sales team
- establish and maintain strong relationships with customers
- execute regular TTTs and JBPs with customer
- lead team through negotiations including contracts and pricing
- address and resolve customer issues promptly
- oversee development and execution of annual sales plan
- monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies
- collaborate cross functionally to align efforts
- develop and manage sales budget
- forecast sales projections and track financial performance
- implement cost control measures
- conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences
- articulate insights and recommendations to the executive team
- identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities
