Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of multi-unit operations leadership experience
  • Proven ability to scale systems, people, and processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong P&L management experience with a track record of improving financial performance
  • Deep knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and guest service standards
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and change leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • Ability to stand for long hours
  • Ability to lift 20+ lbs
  • Exposure to hot and cold temperatures

  • Lead initiatives that elevate the guest experience by optimizing service models, improving food quality, and leveraging technology
  • Establish and scale systems ensuring consistent execution and hospitality
  • Champion a workplace culture aligned with the Team Member Value Proposition
  • Support locations in providing an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing environment
  • Build and sustain a strong bench of leadership by attracting, retaining, and developing top talent
  • Drive revenue growth through optimized throughput and manage labor, COGS, and general operations
  • Ensure all locations comply with relevant health, safety, labor, and industry regulations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful new restaurant openings and brand expansion
