Job Requirements
- 10+ years of multi-unit operations leadership experience
- Proven ability to scale systems, people, and processes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong P&L management experience with a track record of improving financial performance
- Deep knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and guest service standards
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and change leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
- MBA preferred
- Ability to stand for long hours
- Ability to lift 20+ lbs
- Exposure to hot and cold temperatures

- Build and sustain a strong bench of leadership by attracting, retaining, and developing top talent
- Drive revenue growth through optimized throughput and manage labor, COGS, and general operations
- Ensure all locations comply with relevant health, safety, labor, and industry regulations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful new restaurant openings and brand expansion
