Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in hotel or hospitality field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR and First Aid

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage reservations and guest services efficiently
  • Familiarity with hospitality revenue management strategies

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • Manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest inquiries
  • Track operational logs, manage messages and packages with professionalism
  • Monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to boost revenue
  • Lead and train front desk associates, build a communicative team environment
  • Address guest concerns and workplace issues confidently and creatively
  • Ensure safety protocols and service standards are consistently met
