Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years progressive experience in hotel or related field
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • compliance with certification requirements including food handlers, alcohol awareness, CPR, and first aid
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent problem-solving capabilities

Job Duties

  • greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • manage reservations, VIP requests, and ensure every guest feels like a star
  • track logs, manage messages and packages, and handle all front desk details with professionalism and speed
  • monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to boost revenue while providing value to guests
  • build and lead a strong, communicative team and train new associates
  • address guest concerns and workplace issues confidently and creatively
  • maintain safety and service standards consistently
