Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- must have a valid driver’s license
- compliance with certification requirements including food handlers, alcohol awareness, CPR, and first aid

Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
- manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest inquiries
- track operational logs, manage messages and packages efficiently
- monitor and adjust room rates, packages, and promotions to maximize revenue
- lead, train, and build a cohesive front desk team
- address and resolve guest concerns and workplace issues promptly
- maintain safety and service standards consistently
