Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years hotel experience or 4-year hospitality/business degree plus 3+ years related experience
- strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- familiarity with hotel operations, yield management, and PMS systems
- skilled in analyzing financial data and critical thinking
- excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- maintains a professional, service-oriented approach adhering to company standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties

- collaborate with Sales and Marketing to secure group business
- analyze revenue reports to identify market opportunities
- lead meetings and trainings to communicate revenue strategies
- oversee budgeting and forecasting to maximize profitability
- coach revenue team members to improve performance
- represent the hotel in reviews and industry events
