Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- hospitality experience
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- reliable transportation
- capable of standing long hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- must maintain professional appearance
- must be able to follow instructions
- capable of working under pressure
- able to work independently and as part of a team
- willing to work additional hours as needed
- must adapt to changing situations
Job Qualifications
- Hospitality experience
- high-volume restaurant, nightclub, or lounge experience preferred
- prior host or sales experience preferred
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent communication, writing, and public speaking skills
- strong interpersonal skills
- experience in customer service, sales, or fine dining roles
- ability to work under stress
- proficiency in handling credit card transactions
- ability to work in loud and crowded environments
- motivated and accountable
- flexible schedule accommodating nights, weekends, and holidays
- bi-lingual candidates encouraged
- minimum age 21
- reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Adapt easily to organization requirements and guidelines
- handle credit cards responsibly
- maintain a pleasant and professional attitude
- work flawlessly under stress and pressure
- welcome VIP members and guests and memorize their names
- provide excellent service to all premium guests
- pitch, sell and collect payment for upgrades
- maintain appearance and dress according to guidelines
- promote the venue and membership program
- complete assigned data collection, marketing, and social media tasks
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of premium areas
- manage table reservations and guest list minimums
- assist with side-work and opening/closing procedures
- report breakage or damage immediately to management
- participate in training sessions and meetings
- contribute to VIP satisfaction and retention
- assist team members
- manage complaints efficiently
- usher VIP clients to and from seats
- provide personal attention to ensure guest satisfaction
- liaise with supervisor to report on events and activities at shift end
- stay informed about facility amenities
