Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Supervise all Direct Support Staff
- ensure compliance with DSP documentation
- attend support plan meetings and assist with goal development
- develop implementation plans with residents
- analyze data and write quarterly and annual progress reports
- act as a liaison to families, guardians, waiver support coordinators, and behavioral analysts
- respond to the needs of families and residents, follow-up on all requests accordingly
- conduct staff meetings
- ensure the safety and well-being of all residents are maintained
- ensure all duties and responsibilities are completed effectively and with accuracy
- train all new staff and provide ongoing training
- provide progressive discipline to staff
- perform all other managerial duties assigned by the Administrator
